Agreement to Terms
By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request service.
Service Scope
Baton Rouge Mold Experts does not perform mold remediation work directly. Work is completed by independent local mold remediation specialists in and around Greater Baton Rouge and surrounding areas. We review your request and arrange for a suitable specialist to contact you with a quote and availability.
We do not employ, supervise, or control independent specialists. Each specialist operates their own business, sets their own pricing, and is responsible for the quality and completion of their work.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about the property and the mold issue when submitting an enquiry. You are responsible for evaluating any quote or proposal from a specialist and for entering into a separate agreement directly with that specialist if you choose to proceed.
You understand that we facilitate introductions only. Any contract for mold remediation services is between you and the independent specialist.
No Service Guarantee
We make no warranty or guarantee regarding the availability, quality, timeliness, or outcome of work performed by independent specialists. We do not guarantee that a specialist will contact you, provide a quote, or complete work to your satisfaction.
Your sole recourse for any dispute about work quality, pricing, or completion is with the independent specialist who performed the work.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baton Rouge Mold Experts is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, your interaction with any specialist, or any work performed by a specialist.
Our total liability for any claim related to this service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any.
Referral Fees
We may receive a referral fee or other compensation from specialists when we arrange an introduction that results in completed work. This fee does not increase the price you pay.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, and design, is owned by Baton Rouge Mold Experts or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site will be resolved in the courts of Louisiana.
